To bring the essence of Italian Gran Turismo to every facet of daily life, Maserati broadens its cultural offering to embrace a new dimension of contemporary living that combines design, elegance, multisensory experiences, and Italian hospitality.

Modena, November 2, 2026 – Maserati extends its vision of Italian luxury to Real Estate and Branded Residences with Casa Maserati, bringing the brand’s cultural identity and values of elegance, design, craftsmanship, and Italian hospitality to life through a distinctive living experience.
This landmark initiative takes on added symbolic significance as Maserati celebrates the 100th anniversary of the Trident, marking a century since the creation in 1926 of one of the most recognizable emblems of Italian luxury worldwide.

Casa Maserati taps into one of the most significant trends in contemporary luxury: Branded Residences, a segment experiencing steady expansion worldwide. Its growth is driven by an international clientele seeking not only exclusive properties and distinctive service standards, but also a sense of belonging to a community and an identity that resonates with them. This structural evolution reflects a profound shift in the very perception of luxury. A residence’s value is increasingly tied to the identity, values, and evocative power of the brand behind it. This is where Casa Maserati truly comes into its own, demonstrating the brand’s ability to bring its identity into a new dimension while preserving the distinctive values that have shaped its history. The project demonstrates the evocative power of the Trident, translating “effortless luxury performance” and a world-renowned Italian lifestyle into a new setting.
Casa Maserati brings the evolving concept of Italian Gran Turismo to life, transforming the pleasure of driving into the pleasure of experiencing the spaces we inhabit. This vision is rooted in Italian culture, where beauty is an integral part of everyday life and luxury is experienced through authentic moments, human connections, and sharing. More than just exclusive residences, these are places that foster a sense of belonging, where effortless elegance meets the warmth of hospitality.
At the heart of the project is Maserati’s unmistakable design identity, brought into the world of interior design through a contemporary language of sculptural forms, harmonious proportions, fine materials, and refined details. These spaces are designed to engage the senses through a careful balance of light, textures, colors, and atmospheres, creating distinctive environments that reflect the Trident’s emotional modernity.

Completing this vision is an approach to hospitality that goes beyond exclusive services to embrace wellness, culture, taste, and the joy of sharing: a multisensory experience that expresses the authenticity of Italian living through Maserati’s creative vision.

Santo Ficili, Alfa Romeo CEO & Maserati CEO, stated: “With Casa Maserati, we open a new chapter in the brand’s history, bringing its identity and values into a sector that represents a natural extension of our world. Maserati is more than just a name synonymous with extraordinary cars; it embodies a lifestyle rooted in an Italian vision of luxury defined by beauty, authenticity, passion, and attention to detail. Our goal is to extend this vision to new experiences, strengthening our bond with customers around the world and reaching an even broader audience.”

Cristiano Fiorio, Maserati Chief Marketing Officer & BOTTEGAFUORISERIE General Manager, added: “Casa Maserati represents a significant evolution in the brand’s architecture, complementing our models and the worlds of Maserati Classiche, Corse, and Fuoriserie. It opens up a new realm of expression for the Trident, bringing a cohesive design language to this new dimension: timeless elegance, distinctive design, craftsmanship, and the warmth of Italian hospitality. It’s not simply a matter of bringing our name into a new sector, but of translating Maserati’s values into experiences and spaces that fully reflect its spirit, with the same care and attention to detail that go into creating each of our Gran Turismo models. This consistency gives Casa Maserati the opportunity to further strengthen the brand’s values, transforming every residence into a place where the Trident’s identity can be experienced every day, while extending its global appeal and prestige. In the year of the Trident’s centenary, Casa Maserati demonstrates the vitality of our identity and our ability to carry it into the future, exploring new forms of expression without ever losing touch with our roots.”

Klaus Busse, Maserati Head of Design, said: “Maserati design is rooted in three principles: performance, presence and provenance. With Casa Maserati, these take on a new expression in the way we live. Performance shapes spaces around their purpose, from quiet relaxation to moments of energy and exhilaration. Presence gives each space a distinctive character that evokes emotion. Provenance connects it to Italian culture, craftsmanship and elegance. Our ambition is to create an experience that engages all the senses, where beauty and innovation come together, and Maserati’s emotional modernity becomes a way of living.”

Today’s announcement marks just the beginning of the Casa Maserati journey. The first projects and partners that will help bring this vision to life will soon be unveiled, opening up new horizons for the Trident.
