Suzuki GB PLC has named the winners at this year’s annual Dealer of the Year awards with Blackshaws Garage based in the North East of England being crowned the winner of the National Dealer of the Year accolade.

The dealer awards for both UK and Republic of Ireland took place at Carton House, County Kildare, Ireland where representatives from Suzuki’s network gathered to celebrate their achievements. The awards were presented by Board members from Suzuki and included Regional Dealer, Long Service Recognition, Customer Experience, Aftersales and a new category from this year which is Used Cars in recognition of strong success in this important area.

The winners were decided following a nationwide assessment of all dealerships in the brand’s portfolio. The Regional, National and Customer Experience winners were assessed on the percentage of target sales achieved, finance penetration percentage, Sales and Service Customer Experience and the number of parts and quantity of accessories sold. These figures are then aggregated on a balanced scoreboard to reveal the dealership at the top of each category.

The Suzuki GB dealer network is divided into six Regions and the winners from each were C&M McDonald (Region A), Blackshaws Garage (Region B), Cumbria Suzuki (Region C), Eastbourne Suzuki (Region D), Sportif Suzuki (Region E) and Tracks of Exeter (Region F). The Customer Experience (CX) for this year was awarded to Pearsons of Wemyss Bay and the Used Cars accolade was presented to Henry’s Suzuki (both in Region A).

Takanori Suzuki, Managing Director Suzuki GB PLC, said: “Our annual awards are always a fantastic opportunity to recognise the hard work and achievements of our dealer network. It’s great to be able to celebrate the dedication and loyalty of our dealerships and I’d like to congratulate all of our winners. Special congratulations goes to the team at Blackshaws Garage who are celebrating their double win both Nationally and Regionally. We look forward to a successful and prosperous 2026 and meeting again next year to celebrate even more of our achievements.”
