At Ford, motorsport is in our DNA as America’s Race Team

In fact, it was winning the famous “Sweepstakes” race in 1901 that helped Henry Ford raise the support needed to found the Ford Motor Company two years later.

Fast-forward to the 2026 Goodwood Festival of Speed, and we celebrated our 125 years in motorsport with a selection of iconic Ford Racing vehicles past and present, alongside some of the most hardcore motorsport fans on the planet.

From legendary Le Mans winners to sand-slinging rally heroes, enjoy these images from the weekend's action.

Closed course. Professional driver. Do not attempt. Track capability is dependent on environmental conditions, track conditions, and driver inputs. Always consult owner’s manual and drive within your and the vehicle’s capability limits.

Mustang GTD homologated CO2 emissions 349 g/km and homologated fuel efficiency 15.3 l/100 km WLTP. The declared WLTP fuel/energy consumptions and CO2-emissions are determined according to the technical requirements and specifications of the European Regulations (EC) 715/2007 and (EU) 2017/1151 as last amended. The applied standard test procedures enable comparison between different vehicle types and different manufacturers.
