The Provincial Educational Guidance Fair took place at Ferrari’s Maranello HQ, reaffirming the Company’s belief in the importance of education, and its bond with the local area.
Maranello, 5 October 2026 - Ferrari welcomed the local community through its gates once more, as its Maranello headquarters hosted the Provincial Educational Guidance Fair. Promoted by the Province of Modena in collaboration with the Provincial School Office, this annual event took place for the first time within the unique setting of Ferrari’s home.
More than 30 upper secondary schools from across the Province took part, each with its own stand. Teachers and representatives met face to face with third-year lower secondary school students and their families who were each making one of the most important decisions of their lives so far: choosing their next educational path. Two public talks offered further insight into the local school network and regional job opportunities, giving visitors a fuller picture of the paths open to them beyond Maranello’s gates.
“Choosing an educational path is one of the first moments when young people begin to build their future,” said Michele Antoniazzi, Chief Human Resources Officer at Ferrari, “and we believe it is important for them to be aware of all the educational and professional opportunities available to them.”
Ferrari’s decision to open its doors for the fair reflects its enduring belief that education is the truest form of long-term investment in a community – a belief that extends far beyond the day itself. Alongside the schools’ stands, a dedicated area introduced visitors to M-TECH Alfredo Ferrari, a pioneering new educational hub set to open in Maranello in 2029 that will train the next generation of engineers and technicians from around the world.
Hosting the fair was also an expression of Ferrari’s longstanding, close-knit relationship with Maranello and the surrounding area. Following March’s Mezza Maratona d’Italia “Memorial Enzo Ferrari”, the company’s gates opened once more to welcome the community – a reminder that Ferrari’s roots and its future are, and have always been, shared with the people around it.
“Opening Ferrari’s doors to students means contributing to the growth of our local area,” said Antoniazzi. “Hosting the Provincial Educational Guidance Fair in Maranello gives us another opportunity to strengthen the dialogue between schools, institutions, and the business world – a fundamental element for developing the skills the country will need in the years ahead.”
Fabio Braglia, President of the Province of Modena, echoed that sense of shared purpose: “We thank Ferrari for recognising the importance of this initiative by hosting the event at its headquarters, demonstrating just how crucial the synergy between institutions and businesses is for the growth and development of our community.”
