  • Citroën reports year-on-year growth, with both car volume and market share demonstrating strong progression over 2025.
  • Growth driven by a fully renewed model line-up covering key segments, including C3, C3 Aircross, C4 and C5 Aircross.
  • Citroën continues to deliver its Advanced Comfort® promise across all segments, combining ride quality, practicality and wellbeing.

Citroën is reporting a positive performance in the UK, with car volume increasing by 118% year-to-date to 9,584 units (2025: 4,349), supported by a fully renewed model line-up with a focus on comfort and accessibility.

According to the latest SMMT figures, Citroën’s passenger car market share has more than doubled over the same period, rising from 0.8% to 1.6% year-to-date. The brand has also strengthened its position in the electric vehicle market, with electric car volume increasing by 28% to 2,034 units (2025: 1,462), while electric car market share rose from 1.2% to 1.5%.

This performance reflects Citroën’s commitment to delivering value, simplicity and wellbeing, supported by a refreshed range including C3, C3 Aircross, C4, C5 Aircross and Holidays.

Greg Taylor, Managing Director, Citroën UK, said: “Citroën’s performance in Q1 reflects the strength of our renewed and highly competitive model line-up. We are focused on delivering vehicles that combine affordability, electrification and comfort across every segment. With models like ë-C3 making electric mobility more accessible, we are well positioned to continue this progress.”

Citroën’s Advanced Comfort® programme is central to the brand’s identity. Every model in the range benefits from a focus on ride comfort, seat design and interior wellbeing, with Advanced Comfort® suspension and seating designed to ensure a smooth, relaxing driving experience.
