BYD UK strengthens aftersales support with comprehensive Approved Repair network

- Every Approved Repairer will have BYD-trained technicians and use genuine BYD parts and repair methods
- Network is live now, and aims to further enhance the overall BYD customer experience
08 September 2026 BYD, the world’s leading manufacturer of New Energy Vehicles (plug-in hybrid and electric), is strengthening its commitment to customer care with a UK-wide Authorised Repair network.
In partnership with Vizion Network, the UK’s largest repair network, the Approved Repair programme will provide customers with access to specialist repair expertise, genuine BYD parts and technicians trained in BYD repair processes; ensuring every vehicle is repaired to BYD’s standards.
The Approved Repair network forms part of BYD’s wider ownership experience, designed to give customers confidence throughout the life of their vehicle, especially when combined with a comprehensive six-year warranty, maintenance support, genuine spare parts and free roadside assistance for up to four years.
