  • A new way of experiencing the journey according to Alfa Romeo and Anantara Hotels & Resorts begins in September, where every road tells a story and the pleasure of driving meets excellence in hospitality
  • A contemporary reinterpretation of the 18th century Grand Tour, the new initiative invites guests to discover Europe’s architectural treasures, historic capitals and breathtaking landscapes
  • At the heart of the experience are the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio, including the high-performance Quadrifoglio versions, alongside heritage models that have made history for the Biscione brand, including the 1950s Giulietta

Alfa Romeo joins Anantara Hotels & Resorts as Automotive Partner of the Anantara Grand Tour of Europe, a travel experience and contemporary interpretation of the legendary 18th century Grand Tour when traversing Europe became an education in beauty and art.

Created by the prestigious luxury hospitality brand and Alfa Romeo - an ambassador of Italian sportiness around the world for more than a century - this new experience brings together two brands with a shared affinity to excellence, emotional connection and a holistic vision of travel in Italy and Europe.

At the heart of the experience will be the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio, including the high-performance Quadrifoglio versions, which will accompany guests along some of the most evocative roads in Europe and Italy to reach a selection of the most refined luxury properties belonging to Anantara Hotels & Resorts.

Both models embody the essence of Alfa Romeo sportiness, combining timeless design with engaging driving dynamics, to transform any itinerary into a direct, visceral experience. Guests will also have the opportunity to embark on the Grand Tour at the wheel of historic Alfa Romeo models, including the legendary 1950s Giulietta, an icon of the concept of Italian grand touring and symbol of La Dolce Vita.

Available from September 2026, the Anantara Grand Tour debuts with a three-day itinerary: the Dolce Vita Tour. Setting off from the luxurious Anantara Palazzo Naiadi Rome Hotel, the route crosses the hills of Castelli Romani before climbing towards the heights of Ravello and descending along the cinematic hairpin bends of the Amalfi Coast to the Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel.

In 2027, the Anantara Grand Tour will expand to new destinations, from spectacular Alpine passes to warm Mediterranean routes, offering guests a new way to experience Europe through a lens of exclusivity and premium elegance. The journey will extend into the heart of Europe, from the Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna to the Anantara New York Palace Budapest, taking in historical capitals and captivating landscapes.

Eugenio Franzetti, Head of Global Marketing at Alfa Romeo: “With this new partnership, we celebrate the most authentic essence of Alfa Romeo, made up of driving pleasure, emotion and sportiness, values that have always marked us out. Whether aboard the high-performance Giulia and Stelvio or a vintage rarity, we are sure that every journey will elicit unique, engaging sensations, transforming every journey into a memorable experience. I would like to invite everyone to live every moment with intensity, letting themselves be driven by a perfect combination of performance, style and passion.”
